Wednesday Wellness Tip: My favorite essential oil blend right now!

Hello Friends!

I'm curious, with all the hustle and bustle of daily life...what are your favorite stress relief and self-care routines? Do you have any?

One of my favorite and simple self-care staples is using aromatherapy with essential oils. Whether it is diffusing it, putting a few drops in the bath, or rolling an oil blend onto my skin, I just love the immediate benefits it gives!

My absolute favorite essential oil right now is Vetiver. It has that grounding and rooting fragrance that calms me and eases my stress throughout the day.

Here are some of the health benefits of Vetiver essential oil:

-relieves stress

-helps with emotional traumas and shock

-helps with arthritis

-relieves nervousness

-reduces insomnia

-reduces joint and muscle pain

Below is my go to recipe for my "Rooting" blend that I put in a roller ball. I love the roller ball bottles, because they are small enough to put in a small bag, the center console in your car, or even your pocket! Give this recipe a try and let me know what you think!

"Rooting" Essential Oil Roller Recipe:

* 10mL roller ball

* 5 drops Lavender essential oil

* 4 drops Cedarwood essential oil

* 4 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil

* 2 drops of Vetiver essential oil

* fill remainder of bottle with carrier oil (i.e. jojoba, coconut, almond, etc.)

I hope you enjoy this blend as much as I do. Self-Care is so important for our mental health and well-being. What are you doing this week to prioritize your mental health?

Do you know that I have a Self-Care event coming up next month? During this event I will lead you through an essential oil make-and-take tutorial with this blend included! There will also be an Aerial Yoga lesson led by yours truly, a group Reiki/sound bath session from my good friend Namuli and more! Come join us! You deserve some pampering.

I hope you enjoyed this Wednesday Wellness tip! Have a great day and see you in the air soon!

Happy Flying,
